Ingredients
Fry paneer 200 grams
Green Peas 400 grams
Ghee 2tablespoon
Milk 1 cup
Onions 3 large
Tomato 1 large
Ginger 1 inch piece
Garlic 2 teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste

Method
Step 1
Heat sufficient ghee in a kadai and deep-fry till light brown. Drain onto an absorbent paper. Peel, wash and chop onions, tomato, ginger and garlic finely.
Step 2
Heat two tablespoons ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds chopped onions, ginger and garlic. Saute till lightly browned. Add tomato wait for 4-5 min.
Step 3
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt saute till oil come out then add peas and cook, adding the paneer , garam masala, little water and milk, till the peas are tender and a little gravy remains.
Step 4
Garnish with coriander. Serve hot with chapatis.
